About the Role
With several exciting projects and developments in the QLD pipeline, our Development team is looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive the success of our residential development project in Victoria Point. This is a great opportunity for an individual that is familiar with the Victoria Point area & has exposure to modular housing and retirement living.
What You’ll be Doing
- Spearhead land-lease projects, including civil works, infrastructure, and built-form deliverables.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and compliance with statutory requirements and INA standards.
- Cultivate positive relationships with external stakeholders, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork internally to achieve project milestones and objectives.
- Review and approve claims, invoices, and project reports.
- Conduct due diligence for acquisitions related to construction costs, programs, and risks.
About You
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project.
- Detailed understanding of residential construction methodologies and processes.
- Experience in residential and seniors living construction preferred.
- Strong understanding of civil works, infrastructure, and services.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or trade certification with demonstrated on-site experience.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively within dynamic project teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with experience managing multiple projects across diverse geographical locations.
- Ability to influence, build consensus, and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prioritize safety and compliance while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
