Role Description
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple end-to-end building projects at various stages.
These projects are design and construct projects, totalling $40m - $50m in value.
Located in our Melbourne airport office, you’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing scopes of works with clients.
- Managing the tender and procurement process.
- Engaging with contractors and consultants.
- Managing the construction/delivery of projects.
- Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience as a Client-Side Project Manager in the Construction industry.
You’ll also need:
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
- Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline.
