About the Role:
You will be leading the second phase of a strategic and critical project for this stream of the business. Phase one was the migration to a new ERP, phase two is the realisation of the return of the wider project. You will be focusing on driving efficiency and optimisation within the platform.
Reporting directly to the Head of Delivery for the business stream, you will play a key role in executing the project deliverables. You will be utilising your experience with Salesforce and process automation to accurately budget the project and manage the wider project responsibilities and stakeholders.
Key duties:
- Manage the project team, you will have project reports of a couple of business analysts.
- With support of the Head of Delivery manage the budget for the project.
- Run the project in a hybrid Waterfall/Agile way (strong understandings of both is a must).
- Identify and contribute to relevant process improvement initiatives.
- Manage, develop, and support the project team members.
Key attributes:
- 8+ Years of experience delivering Digital Transformation projects.
- Experience managing project budgets of $2M-$5M.
- Digital Optimisation projects utilising automation experience.
- Must be an independent contractor (own ABN).
- Must have Insurance experience (this is a key criteria).
