The opportunity:
Our Development team are currently seeking a Senior Project Marketing Manager to join the team based in our St Kilda Road (Melbourne) 3004 office in a 12-month parental leave contract role commencing around 1 April 2024.
Reporting to the State Marketing Manager, the Senior Project Marketing Manager will plan and execute marketing strategies for one of Australia’s most exciting mixed-use developments – the recently launched Bradmill Yarraville project. The project is a complex mix of apartments, townhouses, retail, residents’ clubs, and heritage buildings.
Responsibilities
As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:
- Prepare strategic Project Marketing strategies in conjunction with the State Marketing Manager and the Sales and Marketing Director
- Frequent campaign analysis, reporting and optimising
- Conduct market research including buyer analysis, pricing strategies, competitor analysis, promotional strategies, etc
- Provide guidance on product/price mix and devise pricing strategies to achieve project metrics
- Deliver an integrated marketing communications plan
- Liaise with the project team to produce marketing and sales budgets
- Work collaboratively across multiple internal teams to achieve project objectives
Requirements
You may have all or some of the following skills & experience:
- Qualifications in Business or Marketing
- Experience in property marketing, specifically in complex mixed-use and/or built form projects
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work across internal teams and with external consultants to achieve results
