The Senior Project Officer - ICTS Rotating Project Group will:
- Work with Project Officers, Principal Project Consultants, Project Managers and Senior Project Managers as a member of one or more project teams to implement the objectives of various projects.
- Ensure that Health ICT project initiatives are aligned to Agency policies, procedures, core business functions and relevant legislation.
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to support assigned project activities and outcomes.
The Role:
- Play a key role in the delivery of scheduling, risk management and performance functions for the Digital Health Transformation
- Collaborate closely with relevant staff to support project management and implementation of various DHT projects, including assisting with the delivery of designated project activities and outcomes.
- Provide high level specialised advice on, and attend to, complex and contentious issues either impacting on or impacted by the delivery of project activities and contribute to the development of solutions, providing options and recommendations.
- Coordinate and support assigned project activities, ensuring they align to Agency policies, procedures, core business functions and relevant legislation, including identifying issues and supporting meetings and negotiations to develop operational solutions, guidelines, and recommendations for improved service delivery outcomes.
- Develop, establish, and maintain strong relationships with staff, management, and key internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of project delivery outcomes for the business unit.

Details of Appointment
Please note there are two positions being advertised:
1x Fixed term full time day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing 12 June 2024 until 31 December 2026
and
1x Fixed term full time day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing 1 October 2024 until 31 December 2026.
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
- Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.
Salary: $104,756 - $118,730 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
