- Leasing consultant, Property Manager and accounts for support!

- No routine inspections
Monday to Friday, this is your chance to join a strong property management division, and take over a very well managed and maintained portfolio. With a local based portfolio and a fantastic Leasing Consultant, Property Manager & accounts team to support you, you will be responsible for:
- Liaise with both Landlords and Tenants
- Complete repairs & maintenance management
- Arrears control
- Completion on ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
- Manage a Leasing Consultant
- Previous Senior Property Management experience
- A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
