Senior Property Manager | Double Bay Area $120K

Our client is a leader in this prestigious market servicing grand residences, luxurious apartments and Sydney’s most prominent clientele.  We are seeking an outstanding Senior Property Manager to assist in the growth, expansion, and success of a streamlined Property Management department. Work with the most recognized brand and associate yourself with prominent industry leaders!
  
The Role:
With the support from a Junior Property Manager taking care of leasing, opens, applications, and references, this is a role that will see you taking the time to manage a neat and tidy portfolio of 170 properties. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with landlords and tenants effectively
• Resolving all escalated repairs
• Handling rent increases
• End to end management of portfolio
• Great team, great support & office culture
• Bruna the department head has been there for 10 years and has amazing relationships with her team – very warm nature
• No leasing, no weekends, no accounts
• Neat and tidy portfolio

The Candidate:

• Previous Property Management experience
• A current Real Estate License , reliable car & driver’s license
• Exposure to all facets of Property management including Tribunal
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• A strong team player who is happy to offer support when needed
• Experience in building and nurturing client relationships
• The ability to work in a tight-knit team
