This is an amazing opportunity to join one of Canberra’s most fast growing real estate companies and be part of the experienced proeprty management team.
Due to our continued growth we are seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our high performance team in managing a well maintained portfolio (Projects mainly!)
Your Role
- Up to $95k package + incentives
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of properties in compliance with relevant laws and regulations in ACT
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing property management services. Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Liaise with strata managers, ACT Revenue offices, and other professionals to ensure property compliance and legal requirements
- Conduct annual market rent reviews and proactively manage rental arrears
- Provide expert advice to landlords and tenants on property management matters.
About You
- Current ACT Certificate of Registration holder preferred
- Current drivers licence essential
- Well spoken and highly motivated
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Minimun 3 years experience in Real estate or Property management
