We are a Property Management Core business is expanding qucikly. Now seek the services of an experienced Property Manager to join our property management team.

Working in a team environment, the individual will be expected to demonstrate commitment, loyalty and an ability to work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with our office routines and procedures.
Qualifications & experience:
- Real estate industry experience
- Industry ACT Registration
- At least 2 year's related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer relationship & negotiation skills
- Responsible and Reliable
- A positive and Can do attitude
- Driver's license & able to drive
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Managing enquiries
- Processing applications
- Preparing leasing documents
- Preparing ingoing condition reports
- Assisting open home
- Assisting with routine inspections
- Dealing with maintenance issues
- All the other job duties the employee must take.
- Saturdays open inspection is a MUST (Shift System)
