Key Aspects of the Role:
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to a dedicated team of Registered Psychologists, fostering an environment of excellence and growth.
- Clinical Caseload: Maintain a caseload of clients, tailoring your practice to your clinical interests and contributing to the wellbeing of the community.
- Clinical Governance: Play a pivotal role in enhancing clinical quality across sites through excellent clinical supervision, and assist in the delivery of the Clinical Governance Framework, working towards new standards in Primary and Community Health Care.

- A minimum of five years of direct clinical experience.
- Registration with the Psychologists’ Board of Australia; endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist is highly regarded.
- Completion or undertaking of a Psychology Board-approved supervisor training program, with experience as a Clinical Supervisor.
- Experience in leading teams, and in the development or implementation of quality clinical care policies or programs is highly regarded.
