As a vital member of this professional practice team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring every patient's journey is nothing short of exceptional.
Join a team dedicated to providing best in surgical and non-surgical interventions including reconstructive and cosmetic surgery hand surgery, aesthetic and anti-ageing medicine as well as skin and wound care. You will work alongside a supportive team who collaboratively ensure the smooth running of the practice and a positive patient experience.
Senior Receptionist responsibilities include being the first point of contact, greeting patients with warmth and professionalism. Efficiently managing appointments, liaising with and providing support to patients, coordinating surgical bookings, managing billing of appointments and procedures and maintaining a highly professional practice environment reflecting the commitment to excellence.
Candidate criteria
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience in similar medical specialist environment
- Professional with a passion for delivery of excellent patient care
- Competent in the use of specialist practice software
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
