Senior Receptionist

Collins Street Specialist Centre is located in the heart of Melbourne is bringing together under one roof the full range of dental specialists – general dentists, registered specialists and dental hygienists – Collins Street Specialist Centre does away with the need for patients to spend time, energy and funds in going from one practice to another to receive all of the various treatments.

We are a multidisciplinary practice, home to 60 practitioners, 20 of which are board registered specialists in the fields of oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics and prosthodontics. 

Reporting to the Specialist Centre Manager this position allows the successful candidate to work in the specialist centre by work collaboratively within the broader business to ensure smooth running of the center as well as support patients in specialist or multi-disciplinary care. 

You will gain experience working with all aspects of Specialist Dentistry including:

• Periodontics
• Prosthodontics
• Endodontics
• Orthodontics

Responsibilities

• Management of general anaesthetic hospital lists
• Extensive treatment planning
• Processing of accounts and payment plans
• Scheduling and efficient organisation of patients treatment
• Individual attention to each specialist dentist and their requirements

Requirements

• Full time employment - 4 day working week
• Knowledge of D4W preferred but not essential
• Experience working as a dental receptionist is a must
