What is the role?
We are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Education extrodanaire. The opportunity is available to you if:

• You have full service recruitment or experience in the Education sector.
• You have a communication style that is engaging and consultative.
• You have a strong business development strategy and enjoy developing new relationships, and retaining current relationships.
• You have impeccable communication skills and enjoy both verbal and written interaction with people.
• You are a fast, methodical worker with a focus on positive long term outcomes.
• You have a warm engaging personality and enjoy interacting with people at every level.
• You pride yourself on the depth of your customer care.
• You enjoy working autonomously and consider yourself to be a self-starter.
• You care about placing people first and connecting candidates to the right clients.

  
What experience is needed?
We are ideally seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a genuine interest in recruiting for various roles within the Education sector. Additionally, we welcome applications from individuals who have substantial experience within the sector and are now seeking to embark on a career in recruitment.
  
This is a role that will require you to develop relationships and manage the end to end recruitment process of multiple roles in the Education sector within a successful, energetic and experienced team.
  
You will have a competitive base salary and opportunity to earn uncapped commission. In accordance with this, you will set your own activity level and be expected to manage your own priorities.
