Working across a broad range of retained clients, big brands and role types, we are looking for experienced recruiters to manage retained assignments across finance, IT, HR, marketing and all support services. These desks have a healthy amount of inbound work which will be supplemented by some business development.
Who you will beYou will be a confident, presentable, proactive, high performing recruitment consultant who may be in search now looking for a step up to manage a portfolio, or be in contingent recruitment wanting to move to search. Having experience in Corporate Services such as finance, IT, sales and marketing or HR would be an advantage but is not a must. You will have the composure to deal with senior level stakeholders and candidates alike as well as have excellent execution capability using a search process.
