Who you will beYou will be a confident, presentable, proactive, high performing recruitment consultant who may be in search now looking for a step up to manage a portfolio, or be in contingent recruitment wanting to move to search. Having experience in Corporate Services such as finance, IT, sales and marketing or HR would be an advantage but is not a must. You will have the composure to deal with senior level stakeholders and candidates alike as well as have excellent execution capability using a search process.
