About the role
Provide expertise and technical support for the Metro North HHS in relation to financial and non-financial executive reporting. Provide new and innovative reporting mechanisms to support safe and efficient health service delivery.
About you
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following values within the context of the "Key Accountabilities". The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated ability in the use of Excel and other reporting systems, together with experience in the review, interpretation and analysis of information.
- Ability to respond to financial information needs of management and provide advice within the context of a complex system.
- Understanding of Metro North Performance indicators and their application related to health funding and resource utilisation.
- High level written and oral communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills with an ability to develop formal and informal presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to work within and contribute significantly towards successful teams.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff in line with quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety, and ethical behaviour.
- Understanding of the use of information informing change and best practice improvements.
