Our client The Bonds Transport Group, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager with substantial experience in the sales and transport industry. If you thrive on the road, excel at closing deals, and bring a wealth of industry sales expertise, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our business, responsible for:

• Generating new business customers for Bonds.
• Closing sales opportunities.
• Prospecting for new clients through networking, cold calling, advertising, and other effective means.
• Achieving annual "new" business sales targets.
• Meeting and exceeding KPIs associated with growing our local, interstate, and intrastate divisions.
• Serving as a contact for service and operational queries related to new business.
• Providing regular and insightful reporting on sales activities.
• Actively promoting all Bonds products and services to both new prospects and our existing customer base.
• Working independently and collaboratively with the wider Bonds team.
• Positively contributing to the organization's culture by acting responsibly and in the best interest of Bonds.

Key Attributes: We are seeking individuals with:

• Proven and substantial sales experience in the transport industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong business development and client liaison skills.
• Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in PC skills (Word & Excel).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must have own well-maintained vehicle.
