Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our business, responsible for:
- Generating new business customers for Bonds.
- Closing sales opportunities.
- Prospecting for new clients through networking, cold calling, advertising, and other effective means.
- Achieving annual "new" business sales targets.
- Meeting and exceeding KPIs associated with growing our local, interstate, and intrastate divisions.
- Serving as a contact for service and operational queries related to new business.
- Providing regular and insightful reporting on sales activities.
- Actively promoting all Bonds products and services to both new prospects and our existing customer base.
- Working independently and collaboratively with the wider Bonds team.
- Positively contributing to the organization's culture by acting responsibly and in the best interest of Bonds.
Key Attributes: We are seeking individuals with:
- Proven and substantial sales experience in the transport industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong business development and client liaison skills.
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in PC skills (Word & Excel).
