About You:
Previous medical receptionist experience with Genie practice software or similar preferable.
- Proactive and energetic
- Good communication skills and time management
About the role:
- Be the first point of contact for patients.
- Management and preparation of consultation rooms
- Handling phone calls and emails
- Taking payment and processing Medicare billing
- Scanning and filing of paperwork.
