Position Profile: The Senior Social Worker provides a specialist social work, consultant and educational service to primary health care providers; provides clinical service to referred consumers and their families; acts as case manager to allocated clients; acts as a clinical resource for mental health team members; undertakes the co-ordination of allocated senior level projects.
