The Role: Junior sous / Chef de Partie
- Be part of a fast paced kitchen.
- Great cooking skills and consistency is our number 1 priority
- You will be working with first class chefs and kitchen hands.
- Maintain high standards at all time, in a quick service environment
- Work well under high pressure
- 7 Day working roster (days only)

- Being a Chef is not a Job it is a passion
- Ambitious and want to make a mark in Sydney's food industry
- Head down and bum up attitude in peak service times and able to consistently deliver
- Experience in busy kitchens and leading teams
- Organised and able to ensure quality and consistency
- Have a good positive attitude towards your work and career
- Provide a friendly workmanship, gain the respect of your team
- Passionate about fresh and amazing ingredients and creative presentation
- Knowledge about new market trends
- Fully versed in hygiene and clean kitchen practices
- Able to work in a collaborative and creative environment
