Human Resources at Nutanix
Our team is a small, tightly-knit group of 4 individuals who work closely together. We are excited to add one more team member to support ANZ Hiring. Despite working remotely, we meet virtually on a weekly basis to discuss updates, challenges, and support each other. Our team has successfully contributed to hiring top talent for various sales leadership positions. Your Role
- Act as the trusted advisor in recruiting
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
- Conduct talent mapping
- Recommend and lead hiring strategy discussions
- Provide world-class hiring manager and candidate experiences
- Strong experience in full life cycle recruiting
- Strong understanding of the sales hiring process
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to recommend and implement hiring strategies
