As we expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Talent Advisor to join our team. FIFO, DIDO or residential commute options are available.
Position Overview:
As a Talent Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our HR team, focusing on sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top talent within our business. Your expertise in agency recruitment, coupled with your knowledge of the mining industry, will be instrumental in driving our recruitment efforts forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize your agency experience to source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to advise on best recruitment practices.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Advisor or similar role, with a focus on agency recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of the mining industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
