We have an amazing opportunity for a Used Vehicle Sales Manager with a genuine passion for Guest Experience to join our expanding sales team at our Yarrawonga Toyota dealership, with the capacity to hold 30 + cars.

We are looking for:
- Hands-on Sales Management
- Leading & motivating the sales team and maintaining a customer focused, performance orientated team culture
- Pre-Owned Sales experience preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Pre-Owned car market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership skills – ability to grow, develop and mentor your team
- Exemplary communication and negotiation skills
- A driven attitude with a strong desire to succeed
- High-level time management skills
- Reliable and hard working
- Previous experience in buying cars preferred
- Building strong relationships with Toyota and building our Certified Used Car operations.
To be successful in this role you will have a strong sales background coupled with a knowledge of the Pre-Owned vehicle market. You will be an exceptional relationship builder, strong negotiator, and sound communicator.
