APG Workforce are currently seeking an experienced Senior Workforce Officer for a role based in a Parramatta Government Sector.

Our Estate Management Division delivers highly empathetic, customer-centred financial management services to the community and to some of the most vulnerable people in NSW.
We are going through an exciting time of growth and looking for an energetic Senior Workforce Officer to join the Workforce Support Team to assist with recruitment, learning and development and workforce projects, mainly our new starter induction program.
Primary Purpose of the Role:
This role is mainly responsible for running end-to-end recruitment, supporting the smooth delivery of training sessions and coordinating our new starter induction program.
In this diverse role, you will be mainly managing end-to-end recruitment for the Estate Management division. You will also support the coordination of training sessions by being a key contact on-site and ensuring smooth delivery of both virtual and face-to-face training run by internal stakeholders and external providers. You will also play an integral role in coordinating our 2-week new starter induction program through supporting our new starters in their induction journey, being the key support for our facilitators leading training sessions and managing training logistics.

- Strong ability to deliver on multiple competing priorities.
- Experienced in NSW public sector recruitment processes.
- It would be highly favourable if the applicant had experience in Learning and Development and using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
