AddressWe are currently seeking a suitably experienced Field service Administrator to join the team based in Osborne Park for a 12 month matrunity leave cover contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following duties:
- Raise and receipt purchase requisitions
- Open and close jobs
- Quote creation for internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Job creation
- Booking Medicals, drug and Alcohol screens and COVID tests as needs
- Site Clearance requests as required
- Timesheets entry
- Inductions Register
- Ordering PPE
- Licence and Certificate verification and expiration management
- General admin duties and additional duties as delegated by the Field service Coordinator/ Manager
About you
- 2+ years’ experience in administration with the ability to deliver varied tasks requiring independent judgement.
- Effective planning and organising skills with the ability to deliver on simultaneous projects with competing priorities
- High-level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with proven ability to foster strong working relationships
- Ability to deliver to deadlines
- Substantial knowledge and experience utilising computer programs
