About the business
LIME Medicolegal is a proudly Australian owned and operated company. The company directors, Dr Sid O'Toole and Dr Angus Forbes, are Occupational and Environmental Physicians (OEPs), who are recognised as leaders in their field.
Over the past 12 months LIME Medicolegal has expanded significantly. We previously provided assessments from OEPs and psychiatrists, but now offer assessments from a range of 10 medical specialties.
About the role
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following tasks:
- front desk administration duties for both of our businesses
- directing phone calls to appropriate team members
- quality assurance of reports
- front desk administration
- tracking of the progress of requests / reports
- ensure all paperwork is well prepared
- send medical reports with appropriate encryption and / or through secure portals, as required
- liaising with administration team members, managers and doctors
- meeting room scheduling
- filing
- scanning
- scheduling appointments
- supporting other Administration Coordinator duties during periods of leave
- ad hoc administration and general office duties, including but not limited to cleaning doctors offices, tidy the tea room, ordering supplies, etc
Our office hours are 8 am to 4 pm. Due to the nature of this role, work from home opportunities are limited, but able to be negotiated on an as required basis.
Skills and experience
It is essential for applicants to have the following skills:

- ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- meticulous attention to detail
- excellent communication skills
- ability to prioritise workload
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
An understanding of medical terminology is favourable, but not essential. Training will be provided by our Practice Managers and other members of the administration teams.
The successful applicant will need to provide a current police check.

Our office is conveniently located in the Brisbane CBD and is close to all modes of transport.
