The Position
As part of a small team and reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Accept and follow up on customer quotes, orders, and inquiries
- Process orders and enter customer information into the CRM system
- Log service call requests
- Offer guidance on basic technical service inquiries
- Schedule service calls and allocate technicians
- Build strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders
- Perform general administrative duties
- Demonstrated customer service experience within a techical field.
- Working knowledge using large ERP / CRM
- Ability to communicate across a broad spectrum audience
- You enjoy working in a collabarative environment
