About the Role
In this busy and established scheduling team, you will delight your customers and have a lot of fun along the way. Your daily responsibilities will be varied and may include:
· Liaising with customers to schedule trade services via phone and email; updating customers with any changes
· Scheduling tradesmen for installations and repairs
· Raising purchase orders
· Arranging deliveries for installations
· Monitoring communication between technicians to anticipate needs (work chat, text, emails)
About You
To be successful in this position you will be an outgoing, positive and energetic individual with a "can do" attitude. You will have exceptional communication skills, patience and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
Ideally you will have experience in a similar environment, with scheduling or dispatch experience.
The Benefits
· $65 000 to $70 000 per annum, plus monthly bonus
· 17.5% annual leave loading
· 2 days per week work from home, 3 in-office
