Southgate Automotive Group is a South Australian, family owned and operated dealer group based in Reynella, 20kms south of the Adelaide CBD. Employing over 100 people, our group comprises of Reynella Mazda, Southern Volkswagen, Southgate Used Cars, Southgate GWM Haval, Southgate LDV and EV Moto SA. We currently deliver over 200 vehicles a month with an annual turnover in excess of $100 million per annum.
Southgate GWM, LDV and Holden are currently looking for a Service Advisor
Reporting to the Southgate Service Manager, you will.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service with well-developed communication skills both verbal and written.
- Taking phone bookings
- Seeing customers in via our driveway service.
- Managing customer expectations.
- Follow up customer bookings for back ordered parts.
- Great time management skills.
- Demonstrate experience in Service Department KPIs would be an advantage but not essential.
The successful applicant will.
- Ensure Manufacturer Customer Service Indexes are a minimum of benchmark at all times.
- Provide the best possible service to customers while maintaining an efficient and profitable operation.
- Build and maintain positive customer and employee relationships.
