About the Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will manage our customer's needs to ensure that their vehicle is repaired and delivered on time. You must have a good understanding of automotive mechanical concepts, to be able to discuss repair and service requirements with customers.
You may be an experienced Advisor working in the automotive / earthmoving / industrial area – or maybe you are a mechanic wanting to move off the tools and into an office based role.
Duties and Responsibilities
- First point of contact that greets our customers
- Organise and follow up on service bookings
- Liaise with customers and service technicians
- Discuss the nature, reason for and estimated costs of mechanical repairs with customers
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar automotive role is desirable
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- A good mechanical aptitude – mechanic trade qualifications are desirable
- Sound computer skills
- Knowledge of the automotive industry
- Friendly and positive personality
