We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic Service Receptionist Co-Ordinator to join our Service Department at our Eagle Farm Dealership. This will suit someone looking to further develop their customer service and administration co-ordinator skills.

About this role:
- Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and always act with integrity
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
- Assist in prioritising important tasks and helping achieve desired customer timelines
- Be agile and flexible to change things and act quickly
- Answer inbound calls for the Service Department promptly
- Co-ordinate booking times, customer drop offs, pick ups and loan vehicles
- Accept and input Service Appointments via phone and email
- Prepare repair orders and update customers details, ensuring accuracy of data
- Liaise with the Workshop/Parts Department and other front-line staff to ensure accurate communication to customers
- Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and general administration
- Other administrative duties as required by the Service Manager to support the Service Department
Must haves:
- A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- A confident phone manner and developed communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Time management skills in order to juggle a busy department
- Ability to work under pressure
- Initiative to help customers on the service counter
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Quick thinking & problem-solving skills
- Automotive or Equipment industry experience may be beneficial but not essential
- Previous customer service and coordination skills highly regarded
