Service Coordinator

Elizabeth Machine Co. (EM) is Australia's largest supplier of industrial textile machinery servicing a vast manufacturing landscape that is ever evolving. From small boutique fashion designers to large scale Blinds and Signs manufacturers. 

EM is on the lookout for new recruits to fill the role of Customer Relations/Booking Manager in our Adelaide offices. This challenging role is diverse with various responsibilities including ongoing customer relationship management and support, CRM documentation and development, booking and schedule maintenance of technical teams and other duties. EM maintains a family business culture with large business scope and responsibility. Key & Desirable Criteria

  • Previous experience in customer relations and booking management is desired
  • A keen eye for detail and schedule maintenance
  • Impeccable internal relations focus and internal communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manner externally
  • To be organised and process driven
  • Experience with M365 software, general computer navigation skills and NetSuite ERP experience is desired
  • Ability to work within a team and autonomously
  • A self motivated person eager for the challenges of learning a new industry and product
  • Applicants to be permanent Australian residents with the right to work in this location

Key Responsibilities

  • Organising and scheduling technical teams for reactive service and repair
  • Project planning for large multi-day/multi-personal installations
  • Customer management including communication, updates and forward planning
  • Inventory coordination for spare parts walk-ins and over the phone enquiries
  • Assist in sales teams for the coordination of build-up and delivery of goods
