DIRECTORATE:Business, Growth & CommunityCLASSIFICATION:Level 12SALARY:$79,198 to $87,118 p.a. 11% employer contribution to superannuationPlus 5% Trade allowance in addition to your Annual SalaryREPORTING TO:Team Leader Childrens ServicesEMPLOYMENT TYPE:Permanent Full TimeTHE POSITION:To coordinate the overall operation of the relevant Out Of School Hours Programs (Before School Care, After School Care, Vacation Care) including the education and care of children, liaison with parents, programming, management of staff, budgeting, some aspects of administration, quality assurance and marketing of the Program.

The Out Of School Hours Programs are regulated under Education and Care Services National Regulations under the Education and Care Services National Law.

Early Childhood Education Directorate KU Children's Services  EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS: Based on a 35-hour week, with actual days and times being Monday to Friday, with an RDO in accordance with AlburyCity's RDO guidelines. Actual hours to be worked will be 9.30 - 6pm This position has the opportunity to carry out the role of an Educational Leader on a rotational basis.

If required in this capacity the tasks include:  Providing guidance to other educators in their planning and reflection Mentoring colleagues in their implementation practices Developing strategies to improve the educational program at their service This position requires you to wear a compulsory uniform as per AlburyCity’s Our People Dress Code Standards.
