The Opportunity
Reporting to the Technical Services Practice Manager, this role sits within a close-knit team who are passionate and focussed on delivering technical capabilities to our people and clients.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our technical services shine, both for our internal teams and valued clients. Your focus will be on maintaining service levels, proactively managing changes, and guaranteeing top-notch quality and resilience. Plus, you'll have the chance to showcase your expertise by representing our technology services across the organisation and engaging with key stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include managing IT services against SLAs, providing insightful reporting, driving remediation efforts, and ensuring disaster recovery plans are not only in place but thoroughly tested. As a gatekeeper for significant changes, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our services.
What we look for in a successful candidate:
Primarily, we seek candidates possessing demonstrable expertise in Financial Services or Technology sectors, coupled with familiarity in ITIL Framework, system development life cycle, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, IT Support, System Design, and Service Management.
Preferably, candidates should hold a Tertiary education degree in Technology or a related discipline. Exceptional communication skills are essential, along with the capability to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
