Your new role
The Service Manager - Turbomachinery is responsible for:
Reviewing service enquiries for work shop and field service personnelPreparing service quotations including cost calculationsPreparing and reviewing service activities, including ITPsMaintain the highest standards for health and safety Developing and maintaining the capabilities of field service personnel and workshop activities through profitable growth Manage Industries workshop activities in Sydney and PerthEstablish high levels of competence in Industrial service personnel and workshopsEstablish and maintain a strong network of relationships within the region and product centresEffective planning and control of all operations to meet profit targets and satisfactory customer care
What you'll need to succeed Managing 3 service technicians Plan workshop service development activities in alignment with product centresLiaise and plan service personnel qualification development with region and product centresProvide and manage technical services for customers for workshops and field service activitiesPlanning and resourcing customer service requirements including quotations, repair and schedulesLiaison with product centre for technical support, troubleshooting, investigation and warranty issues management to customer satisfactionSales revenue and job management through job reporting, invoicing and reviewSupervision of workshop and field service work and repairsPlan and undertake customer visits to generate service opportunitiesProvide input enabling finalisation of invoice for completed service workWhat you'll get in return Working for a market leader who is going through growth, there are opportunities for career development, engaging with clients and making a difference to the industry.
