About us…

Oxley NSW HVACR is based in Sydney, Port Macquarie & Brisbane, operating across the entire NSW region & the Brisbane metropolitan areas. Our key focus is in Critical Environment Refrigeration & HVAC. 

We specialise in design and engineering of all types of systems and facilities, new plant installation, commissioning, alterations, conversions and upgrades to existing plant as well as scheduled preventative maintenance and breakdown service.

About the role:

This position is based predominantly in Western Sydney. Your role will be focused on growing our customer coverage for large complex Industrial Refrigeration and commercial HVAC sites:

• A seasoned professional managing all service work for our Sydney office, including scheduling all works for service technicians and subcontractors as required.
• Must be autonomist and proactive, to be able to generate work, ensuring a quality customer experience.
• Actioning service reports, quoting & ordering parts. Knowledge and technical understanding of all equipment types & brands.
• Implement and ensure preventative maintenance processes are actioned and followed through for new work.
• Assist with project work, commissioning and handover to service department for future maintenance contracts.
• Excellent client facing, customer service & administrative abilities with a professional phone manner.
• To be able to assist after hours, ensuring 24/7 on call roster is in place.
• Ability to troubleshoot with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, problem solving, and proactive attitude. 
• Strong commitment and understanding of work safe protocols & principles.
• Will have understanding costs and stock control requirements.
• Excellent time management skills.
• A passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Excellent working knowledge MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Knowledge of Aroflo would be a distinct advantage.

Service Abilities:

• Service and breakdown repair including inspection, analysing and troubleshooting systems and equipment faults.
• System include Chillers, Rack, Ammonia Freon and Commercial HVAC Systems.
• Identifying & reporting on opportunities of unexpected, foreseeable issues/repairs or equipment improvement/upgrades.
• Preventative maintenance, Commissioning & Testing. 
• Accurate input of information through various digital platforms.

Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• Hold currency with an ARCtick refrigerant handling licence.
• NSW Drivers Licence (or equivalent, preferable ability to drive a manual vehicle).
• NSW General Construction Industry Induction (White Card).
• Australian citizenship and residency.
