In a typical day with us you will:
- Focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring that all scheduled maintenance and service tasks are completed on time and potential issues are proactively addressed.
- Lead and inspire your service teams by supporting and mentoring technicians, optimising staff utilisation, and ensuring your team is motivated and working efficiently.
- Engage with clients to provide timely quotations, manage feedback, and foster ongoing relationships.
- Order parts, manage supplier relationships and coordinate various operational activities to keep our services running smoothly.
- Provide essential technical support to your team, interpret drawings, and drive compliance with safety and quality standards. Your input will be crucial in identifying areas for innovation and improvement.
