About the Company:
Our client is a stable force in the cleaning industry,  specialising in servicing school environments with long term contracts in place. Their onboarding and inductions are excellent and they provide ongoing support to their teams.

Currently looking for a Supervisor/Team Manager, the ideal candidate will be a leader who is passionate about developing their team, exceeding customer expectations and building strong relationships with both the client and team members. You will need to have previous leadership experience, have great attention to detail and be an organised professional.

The Role:

• Lead and motivate a team whilst developing their skills
• Solution focused and autonomous role
• Strong team player with a ‘can do’ approach 
• Full accountability of quality of service
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
• Ability to conduct audits and complete documentation to a high standard

The Right Candidate:

• 3+yrs experience in a supervisor/leadership role
• Motivational leader, coach and mentor
• Passion for teamwork and delivering above expectations 
• Autonomous, self driven professional with high quality standards 
• Customer first approach
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
