Wangaratta Mazda has an immediate position for a Service Manager. We are seeking someone to join our leadership team.
About You?
- Trade Qualified.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Excellent Computer Skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor service advisors and workshop team.
- Ability to work closely with management team.
- Have a great attention to detail .
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment - 20-30 RO's per day.
- Ability to drop everything to assist in giving Ultimate Customer Experience.
- Franchised Automotive Dealership Experience would be advantageous.
This role involves the following (but not limited to):
- Managing Service department staff.
- Assisting Service Advisor/s with customers - checking in, invoicing etc.
- Managing loan vehicle diary to ensure loan vehicle availability.
- Managing WIP, Warranty, Internal New Vehicle Builds and Pre Owned Vehicle Reconditioning.
- Daily Reporting to Dealer Principal.
- Leading by example with all team members.
- Any other tasks as required.
About the Offer?
- Salary negotiable depending on experience. Monthly Bonus Structure will form part of package.
- 4 weeks annual leave per year
- Secure, Full Time Position - Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
