SERVICE RECEPTIONIST

Melbourne City Toyota - HEIDELBERG requires a SERVICE RECEPTIONIST.

Melbourne City Toyota is one of the largest Toyota groups in Australia with four locations  - South Melbourne, Camberwell, Heidelberg, CBD and Melbourne City Lexus.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join our group as a Service Receptionist at our Heidelberg branch.

The previous two receptionists have both been promoted to Service advising roles. Melbourne City Toyota values and promotes good people.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have the following key skills:

• A commitment to excellent customer service
• Outstanding communication skills
• Be highly organized.
• Attention to detail
• A good level of computer skill

The job role includes

• Taking telephone bookings.
• Facilitating internet bookings.
• Direct customer contact.
• Playing a direct role in ensuring the guest experience is excellent.

Previous dealership experience and Tune experience would be an advantage.
