Job Description:
Flourish Holistic Services Pty Ltd is looking for an exceptional and experienced Receptionist on a casual basis to join our team at 20 Camphora Street Tarneit 3029.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival.
- Taking client feed backs after sessions
- Check patients in and out of appointments efficiently.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate department.
- Communicate effectively with medical staff and patients.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
- Handle patient inquiries and provide necessary information regarding clinic services.
- Assist with filling and documentation
Requirements:
- Certificate in Office Administration or similar discipline.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professional ethics.
