Focus on Kitchens is seeking a full-time receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our business, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Role expectations & duties include:
- Excellent phone manner
- Greet clients upon arrival
- Emailing and liaising with clients and builders
- Scheduling appointments
- Provide excellent customer service
- The ability to multi-task, remain calm under pressure, work in a team environment and manage a high-volume workload
- Confident, polite and well presented
