Mt Gravatt Volkswagen is owned by Autosports Group which has 55 dealerships across NSW, VIC, QLD and NZ, employing approximately 1800 staff and is a large listed retail automotive group representing the world's greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands.
Due to high volumes, we are looking for an experienced Service Receptionist to join the team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Answering of incoming service calls and returning calls on behalf of the Service Department.
- Daily preparation of Repair Orders for the following day, including key tags, campaign checks, checking warranty dates, adding email addresses and adjusting phone numbers into correct fields in ERA
- Helping customers to book taxis, hire cars or give directions
- Assisting the Concierge in meeting and greeting Service clients and booking their vehicles in and out
- General administrative duties such as banking and filing.
- Managing Service Department email inbox enquiries and responding to requests or queries
To be considered for the position, you will have:
- A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- Must be able to follow processes and procedures to meet company standards.
- Microsoft Office user skills, be able to adapt to new technology
- High attention to detail and well-developed communication skills
- Ability to multi skill and prioritize duties and work in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail automotive industry would be desirable.
