The Service Support Officer is a multi-functional role, responsible for delivering front line services to VCAT users, parties in cases and external service providers; providing high quality administrative support through end-to-end processing of applications; and providing Member support in preparation for and during hearings.
About the role
Reporting to the Manager, Regional Services, you will provide onsite support to the Regional Administrative Officer and the Regional Services Managers.
The role will be primarily located onsite at Oakleigh but may be required to work from any VCAT location, including regional venues and/or CBD locations, as needed. This is not a work from home role as you will be required to provide in person assistance to VCAT users and members.
