Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with us? We're looking for a passionate Service and Warranty coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Reporting to the Service and Warranty Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently manage and coordinate maintenance requests and client defects, which includes obtaining quotes and facilitating communication with trades and clients.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on defect activities to the Service and Warranty Manager and clients.
- Deliver high-quality and professional client service to ensure overall satisfaction.
- Foster positive relationships with relevant trades, suppliers, and clients.
- Maintain organised schedules using the management systems.
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Prior experience in a customer service-based role (Construction industry experience is not essential, though highly regarded).
- A service-focused approach with great attention to detail.
- Commitment to achieving a high level of customer service.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Own driver’s licence and vehicle.
