About the role
We have an exciting oppoertunity to join our Warranty Administration Team as a Customer Service Representative, based in our Brisbane office, located in North Lakes.
What you will do:
- Provide customer support via phone and email relating to MHIAA air conditioning products
- Assist with general technical advice, basic troubleshooting, and raise tickets and invoices
- Explain processes to consumers, service agents and contractors regarding warranty
- Processing consumer warranty requests, ensuring all required information is provided
- Liaising with the relevant stakeholders to prioritise urgent repairs
- End-to-end ownership of Warranty Repairs process
What you will bring:
- Previous phone-based customer service experience (warranty experience highly regarded)
- Have high level office administration skills (including MS Office products)
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organisational skills and able to prioritise
- Effective communication skills and ability to empathise
- Able to manage high-volume calls in peak seasons
