What we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years' experience in ServiceNow operations and administration

  • >3 years experience in a team leadership position

  • Hold ServiceNow System Administrator certification

  • Demonstrated experience supporting and operating ServiceNow applications such as ITSM and ITOM

  • Experience operating ServiceNow in an enterprise-scale, multi-vendor IT Service Management environment

  • Lead and develop the skills of a team of ServiceNow administrators and engineers

  • Experience in IT infrastructure operations and service delivery, including delivering to Service Level Agreements
