What we are looking for:
3-5 years' experience in ServiceNow operations and administration
>3 years experience in a team leadership position
Hold ServiceNow System Administrator certification
Demonstrated experience supporting and operating ServiceNow applications such as ITSM and ITOM
Experience operating ServiceNow in an enterprise-scale, multi-vendor IT Service Management environment
Lead and develop the skills of a team of ServiceNow administrators and engineers
Experience in IT infrastructure operations and service delivery, including delivering to Service Level Agreements
Due to the nature of work we are considering ONLY AUS CITIZENS
Clearance: Baseline or above
