Location: Australia (Sydney or Melbourne)
Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for an experienced business leader to join our ServiceNow Risk and Security Operation practice to lead our go to market and team in Australia / New Zealand (ANZ).
The ideal candidate will be a management leader driving the following activities:
- Lead go-to-market and presales efforts in the region, including collaboration with Global ServiceNow Risk and Security Operations practice
- Responsible for ServiceNow Risk and Security sales (order booking), revenue and margin targets
- Align with Wipro regional and vertical leaders to position ServiceNow Risk and Security Operations solutions at our current and prospective clients
- Collaborate with our ANZ based Wipro and ServiceNow channel partners, including the alliance, pre-sales and sales teams
- Manage local delivery of engagements, focused on quality and client management, as well as identification of cross-sell/upsell opportunities
This individual will have experience selling and delivering projects in the Risk and Security Operations domain, as well as leveraging resources from a local and global delivery pool.
Required Qualifications:
- A proven business leader with at least of 7 years of consulting, or relevant domain experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the ServiceNow Risk and/or Security Operations ecosystem
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, including experience with overseeing strategy, design, implementation and run state (managed services) projects
- Comfortable navigating ServiceNow technology (e.g., initial demo/discovery)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of security and compliance regulations and best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working with an integrated global practice; Big 4 or similar preferred
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and/or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
