Position:
Due to company growth, the role of Team Leader is now available, working out of Bexley North.
The hours for this role are 6am - 2pm
Role responsibilities include:
- Responding to alarm systems, ensuring the matter is resolved.
- Team leadership and mentoring, leading and supporting up to 10 staff.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that calls and interactions meet established standards for accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with security protocols.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and provide necessary training to enhance the team's efficiency.

Candidate:
- Experience leading a team within a fast-paced monitoring or call center environment.
- If you come from a security or related industry, this will be highly desirable but not essential.
- This role will most likely transition to a rotating roster incorporating afternoon and night shifts, so you must be willing to be flexible with hours.
- It is essential for all candidates to have the ability to obtain a security license, if you already have one this is a major plus!
