We are seeking a Services Coordinator to join our team on an ongoing basis. The role will be based in our location.
We offer a competitive salary to the right candidate with salary range starting from $93,295 up to $102,941 per annum, plus on-call allowance. The role is provided with 11% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading.

About the role
The Services Coordinator plans and coordinates the service and operational functions at the Centre including supervising and managing staff and contractors, logistics of a boat-access only location, carrying out facility and grounds maintenance, catering services, asset management and other support roles, to ensure the delivery of high standards of customer service.
About you
You are a people person and thrive on managing a dynamic team of passionate and committed individuals. You will have demonstrated capacity to plan and deliver operational requirements to support business needs, including administrative processes, facility, plant and equipment maintenance, catering and hospitality services to ensure efficient coordination of programs and services to Centre clients. You are logistically minded and can think on your feet to anticipate potential challenges and resolve issues as they arise.
You will have been involved in establishing and managing contracts with external service providers and suppliers, supervising work undertaken to maintain a high level of quality, cleanliness and safety. You will have experience with planning and reporting processes associated with the management of a facility and operations in a service focused environment. You are familiar with Work, Health and Safety standards, ensuring Centre compliance across all services and maintenance aspects.

Essential requirements:
- Current Class C drivers licence
- The ability to undertake onsite on-call responsibilities on a 7-day rostered basis
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) Clearance
- National Criminal Records Check
