The Role:

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to join our team based in South Australia. This hands-on but broad role is accountable for the efficient and successful delivery of Services to deliver the tendered margin and build customer reputation safely. As a Mayfield Services Lead Team member, the position contributes to developing and implementing business strategies, policies, and practices.

The role assures delivery of Service sales commitments in accordance with Customer promises through;

• Delivery of OEM (Mayfield Industries and channel partners) products and services, Utilities services and Renewables services (scope, quality, schedule, and risk), contract management, and document and quality control.
• Building the capability of the Service delivery team.
• Maintaining alignment with the National Business Development Manager on the Service capability, mix and target regions.

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential: 

• Electrical Trade or Tertiary studies in Electrical Engineering. 
• Specific HV/MV competencies.

Desirable: 

• Maintenance and/or Project Management background, with strong commercial acumen.
• Experience working with Omicron equipment. 
• Strong knowledge of testing procedures for medium voltage equipment.

Experience: 

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance, operations or project management involving a significant level of electrical engineering and contract management. 
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing and leading people.
